The app was created by Alexey Moiseenkov, and it was launched in June 2016 as a free mobile app. A week after its launch, the app gained popularity and received over 7.5 million downloads and over 1 million active users as of July 2016. It initially debuted first on iOS on Apple App Store during the first week of June and it became the leading app at the App Store in Russia and other neighboring countries. By default, the app places a watermark on the images after applying the filter, and many users save the result without realizing that it may be removed.

Step 1. Access the Prisma app and tap the gear icon to access the settings area.

Step 2. Where it says “Enable watermarks,” turn off the button as below.

Step 3. Finally, tap “Done” in the upper right corner.
In the same configuration area, you can also adjust the Prisma to save your creations automatically and at the same time maintaining the original picture. For this, just “call” options “Save Automatically Artworks” and “Save Original Photos” respectively.
